Step 3: Define Goals

List the core areas of your life where you want to get results. Examples include: Health, Continued Learning, Helping Others, Marriage, Business. The more creative you can get with your naming, the more committed you’ll be (i.e. Expand the Mind instead of Continued Learning).

Areas of Attention. List 3-5 Goals per Category

  1. Wellness (including Exercise, Nutrition)
  2. Mind (Meditation, Therapy, Reading)
  3. Learning (including Skill Development, Learning by doing, build skills, build habits)
  4. Relations (including Family, Kids, Friends and all other Relationships with other people)
  5. Finance (Investment )
  6. Office (including office work, growth plan, team management. Enhance professional skills)
  7. Fun (means all things Fun like Meeting friends, celebrating, movies etc.)
  8. Travel (explore the world)
