Every Sunday evening, 30-45 minutes.

Steps

  1. Clear inboxes - email, notes, tasks
  2. Review calendar - past week and upcoming
  3. Update projects - what’s the next action?
  4. Reflect - what went well? What didn’t?
  5. Plan - set intentions for next week
